VARUNÉ Labs Scotland has identified the AMIDS and Glasgow Airport corridor as its preferred area for detailed site diligence for a proposed phased life sciences and advanced technology campus.

The current requirement tests approximately 12 to 15 initial acres capable of supporting an indicative 80,000 to 120,000 sq ft Phase 1, with adjoining expansion optionality sought. Proposed uses include formulation and analytical R&D, translational development, AI and robotics, clean advanced manufacturing and headquarters and collaboration space.

The next work follows the evidence: understand genuinely available parcels and ownership; test planning, aviation and operational constraints; verify electricity, water, drainage, trade effluent, fibre and other infrastructure; prepare a preliminary test fit and cost plan; and assess staged commercial structures.

“The next milestone is not a press image or a construction date. It is enough verified site, utility, operating and commercial evidence to decide whether this campus should advance, change shape or stop.”Varun Sharma
