Explore VARUNÉ BioVARUNÉ Bio is the portfolio’s lead R&D company for ingredients and formulations, with skincare as its first commercial focus and a wider interest in medicinal applications. Its molecular formulation foundation connects skin pigmentation, polar-associated polymers and biochemical light.
The current work is literature synthesis and programme definition. Under-eye tone is an application within skin pigmentation; biochemical light begins with a proposed inert-surface demonstrator. The research pages set out molecular rationale, evidence, limitations and the next questions to test.
VARUNÉ Bio operates through an asset-light model intended to access specialist collaborators and established facilities. VARUNÉ Labs is the separate physical development programme. Bio does not occupy an operating VARUNÉ Labs campus.

If the Scottish site case does not converge, VARUNÉ could pause fixed infrastructure and open a fresh comparator process. Any authorised specialist work would remain external and use qualified providers. Another United Kingdom cluster would be the first logical review, with selected European reference markets considered only if a wider process were authorised.
