Who we are

VARUNÉ Intelligence Ltd, company number SC857816, operates this website for the proposed VARUNÉ Labs programme. Its registered office is Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP. VARUNÉ Intelligence Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this website and direct enquiries.

What the website processes

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, user accounts or a form backend. The enquiry form runs in your browser and prepares a message for your email application. It does not send the message to us or save the form content on this website. Hosting and security services process technical connection data needed to deliver and protect the website.

Email enquiries

If you choose to send an email, we use the information you provide to assess and reply to your enquiry, keep an appropriate record and protect legitimate business and legal interests. We normally rely on legitimate interests. We may also process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract or to meet a legal obligation. Do not send patient information, confidential clinical information or other sensitive personal data in an initial email.

Sharing and transfers

Personal data may be processed by our email, hosting and security service providers and may be shared with professional advisers or public authorities where necessary or required by law. Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where the law requires it, the controller will use a recognised transfer safeguard.

Retention

We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, related business records and applicable legal obligations. The period depends on whether discussions continue and whether a legal or regulatory reason requires a longer record.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to processing and receive certain data in a portable format. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Contact

To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, email legal@varunelabs.com or write to the registered office above. Do not send sensitive personal data in the first email.

Your choices

You can use the site without preparing an enquiry. You can clear the form by leaving or refreshing the page. No form content is written to local storage.
